About the event

In this exciting hands-on workshop, you will learn the key concepts of growing, harvesting, preserving, cooking, and traditional medicinal uses of Shiitake Mushrooms. You will also participate in a cooking and tincture making demonstration and inoculate your own take-home Shiitake Mushroom Log.

*Includes 1 log (approx.18 inches long) and informational booklet covering all key concepts and bonus recipes for cooking and tinctures.
