You'll also learn the key concepts of proper storage and safe bottling techniques, as well as the skills needed to grow as many of your own ingredients as possible in your own home garden! You will participate in making your own Fire Cider and Elderberry Syrup from scratch & we'll talk about creativity and adapting traditional recipes to your own wellness needs. You will leave with a beautiful 16oz resealable glass bottle of both recipes and a take home booklet of information and recipes so you can get started on the path of making your own at home!
